A : We use premium jelly that gives out sweet-smelling once you open up the box. We specialize in jelly hearts cheesecakes hence we are very focus and will only deliver the best to our customer. That makes us different from other retailers.
A : As there are no preservatives used in our cheesecakes, hence they are best consumed within 2 days.
Q: Where should the cheesecakes be stored ?
A: The cheesecakes must be stored in the fridge and eat it chilled.
Q: How long can the cheesecakes stay out of the fridge?
A: The cheesecakes are topped with jelly, hence if it's left out for too long it will melt. The cheese may also turn bad.
Q: I am thinking of getting the cheesecakes for party, how do I keep it chilled outdoor?
A: Check out our party pack page, we will advise you on how to keep it in its "best shape".
Q: I don't need the Styrofoam after the party, what do I do ?
A: Check out our "party pack" page to understand how you can be charge for usage only.
Q: Can I have special order? eg. do not want fruits
A: Please call and we will try and cater to your needs.
Q: How many days in advance do I need to place my order?
A: Since we have a shop-front, you can always walk in to buy off the shelves the bite-size. The customized / standard cake will need at least 2-3 days in advance.
Q: How do I confirm my orders?
A: There will always be a sms confirmation being sent to you with details. Please provide your reachable mobile number.
Q: Is the cheesecake Halal?
A: We use Halal certified baking ingredients like gelatin and the utensils are use for baking.
Q: What is the size of the bite size cheesecakes and the heart-shaped cake?
A: 1.5 inch x 1.5 inch - bite size & 6 inch weighing ~ 500g - heart-shaped cake.
Q: How big are the birthday cakes?
A: It comes in 6 inch, 9 inch ,10 inch, 11 inch.
Q: Do you only have 12 pieces for a box of bite-size cheesecake?
A: We have 2 sizes for the box; 6pcs and 12pcs
Q: Will the bite size be exactly 1.5" x 1.5"?
A : No because we do not use any machinery, purely a knife hence sometimes the alignment might not be accurate. Of cos we will try with best effort to present it accordingly.
Q: Will you come out with more flavours?
A: Yes. We will try to come out with more flavours. The jelly we use and the selection on the type of fruits need to blend in really well with the cheese, hence we are very careful when we roll out new flavour.
Q: What is your biggest order size?
A: We do not compromise quantity for quality, we will ensure consistency in our quality even with huge orders. We will turn down orders if it's full / not within our ability to deliver.

Q: What is the payment mode?
A: Cash only.
Q: Do you accept bank transfer?
A: No. Unless there is a valid reason.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: We may request a 50% deposit for big orders, otherwise all payment can be made upon collection.
Please note there is no refund should you cancel your order.
Q: Will you raise your price during festive season?
A: No. We will not raise the price. Unless there is a significant price surge in our ingredient cost.
Q: Do you give discount for bulk order?
A: No. We don't give discount for bulk order, however we do not charge GST even though our suppliers charge us GST.
